People-centered approaches drive us towards ending TB

This Podcast features conversation with Maurine Murenga who leads Lean On Me Foundation in #Kenya was in conversation with CNS on sidelines of #TB #HIV Symposium at the 10th IAS Conference on HIV #Science (#IAS2019) in #Mexico. Maurine Murenga is a powerful advocate for community and people centric approaches at all levels of policies, programmes and actions aiming to #endTB, #AIDS and deliver on other #SDGs.

Through her lived experience, Maurine saw the inequalities and vulnerabilities young women and adolescent girls living with HIV experience.She is a board member representing Communities on the Board of the Global Fund to fight AIDS, TB and #Malaria (The Global Fund) and is the Communities Representative at the TB Alliance's Stakeholders Association.
